Biography
Overview:
Can is a senior associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Can concentrates on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions, primarily in the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors.
Can also focuses on debt-capital markets transactions, where he advises Turkish banks on their Eurobond issuances, as well as international arrangers on covered bonds issuances of Turkish banks, and provides consultancy on Turkish banking law matters.
