Overview:
Ahmet is the head of our Dispute Resolution practice in Istanbul. Ahmet concentrates on and has an extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration mainly arising from complex disputes on private law. He also provides legal service for the prosecutions as well as public lawsuits including but not limited to the cases related to white-collar crimes and economic crimes. He has gained over 20 years’ experience assisting local and international clients on lawsuits and prosecutions related to private law, commercial law, administrative law, arbitration and labor law.
