Biography
Overview:
Şehriban is an associate in our Capital Markets practice in Istanbul. Şehriban concentrates on capital markets transactions, covering both equity and debt offerings. She was also involved in several public offerings and represented both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, including Regulation S, and Rule 144A offerings.
She also assists banking finance and project finance transactions in several sectors, where she has been involved in drafting/reviewing of and commenting on loan agreements and security documents, CP collection and assisting with the closing procedures.
