Segenay is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Segenay focuses on banking finance and project finance, debt restructuring transactions in various sectors including construction & infrastructure, energy & natural resources, financial institutions, where she involves in drafting and reviewing of and commenting on financing, project and security documents, and legal opinions, perfection of security, CP collection and assisting with the closing procedures.
