Overview:
İrem is an associate in our global Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Istanbul. Further, she assists our Capital Markets practice in Istanbul on a project-by-project basis. Her practice focuses on advising major international and foreign corporations in their cross-border M&A deals, corporate and commercial law matters, IPOs, competition authority exemption/clearance applications and merger filings.
İrem serves clients in many different sectors, including financial services, technology, telecommunications and media, cosmetics, energy, insurance, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, food/beverage and manufacturing among others.
