Overview:
Göktuğ is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Göktuğ concentrates on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions, primarily in the sports, aviation, construction,
transportation and infrastructure sectors, where he has been involved in reviewing/drafting/negotiating on financing and project documents, drafting/perfection of security documents, drafting/amending of corporate documents, CP collection, assisting with the closing procedures and issuance of legal opinions.
