Overview:
Ebubekir is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Ebubekir focuses on banking finance and project finance transactions, primarily in the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors, where he has been involved in drafting/reviewing of and commenting on loan agreements and security documents, perfection of security, CP collection and assisting with the closing procedures. He also takes part in data compliance projects and advises local and foreign companies on fintech, data privacy, technology, internet and e-commerce law related matters.
