Biography
Overview:
Çağlar is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Çağlar focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions, where he is involved in the drafting of loan agreements, security documents, corporate documents and assisting with perfection of security and closing procedures and issuance of legal opinions. He has also experience in debt-capital markets transactions, where he advises Turkish banks in Eurobond and covered bonds issuances and provides consultancy on Turkish banking law matters.
